THE STRUCTURE

The current organization of the Structure date to 1990, when the Holder, by virtue of his extensive experience as Technical Office Head of the Trieste Branch of S.I.R.A.M. S.p.A. (one of the most important companies operating in Italy in the field of public contracts, specialized in planning, construction and management of systems for heating, conditioning, ventilation, kitchens and laundries for great communities), guessed the opportunity to value his own international professional qualifications and his particular experience matured in the energy management field. The Holder, in order to supply to his own Customers a good service in the field of thermotechnical engineering, started first in Italy a professional activity, synthesis of scientific rigor of the Anglo-Saxon system and the creativity of Latin school.
Since the beginning the activity of the Structure has been characterized by the particular attention that always is supplied to all the aspects of the management and maintenance of the systems and in the advising and supervision supplied for critical and uncritical re-examination of the plans directly elaborates by the Customers, developing the best economic synergies for the most complete valorization of the best available human and technological resources.
The Structure, particularly specialized in the fields of thermotechnical engineering and fire and accident-prevention, has always punctually supplied to its own Customers all the necessary attendances for the judicial and extra-judicial resolution of the cases, supplying them a contribution, often resolutive, in the causes of contractual nature.
The Structure operates using friendly techniques of mediation in the attempt to obtain a not conflictual composition of the disputes.
The planning and advising activities have been always developed according to a real experience that balance the use of criteria consolidates using the most advanced and innovative technologies, obtaining that the realization of the works always happens in the best safety way and with the most appropriate quality standards of the management service, always achieving the best energy saving.
From 2000 the Structure operates within a system of controlled quality based on a protocol that respects a precise "Handbook of quality guarantee", in compliance with the norms EN ISO 9001:2000 (Vision 2000), in accordance with a voluntary system of management based on the Customer’s utmost satisfaction, considered the real center of the quality system.
The Structure, to the occurrence, makes also use of collaborators specialized in complementary branches to thermotechnical engineering, as Dr. Irene Valle, graduated in Science for Architecture and expert in software and mathematical modelling for the calculations of simulation in the field of analyses for complex systems within conservation areas, and Prof. Lídia Constança Chagas de Freitas, expert in international relations.
In the course of years several apprentices, trainees and junior engineers was formed by the Structure, receiving a vocational training useful to become part of the world of job and profession.
The Structure is well-known for its privacy and discretion and the Holder is the responsible for the privacy.
