The important academic-professional qualifications achieved from the Holder of the Structure during his long and intense career, with the certifications gained from the most prestigious Professional Institutions of the European Community (FEANI, UIDIP, EurEta), the United Kingdom (EC, IMechE, IIE, IET, SPE) and the Italian Republic (CNI, CNPIPIL), together with the elevated qualification and preparation of his collaborators, are the guarantees of competence that the Structure offers to own Customers.
The Structure offers to its own Customers the analytical-managerial qualities of a true manager, graduated in the United Kingdom and coming from an extensive experience in the field of industry; formed through five successive and fundamental periods - consisting in planning and construction of thermotechnical and fire systems, energetic management, systematic adjustment to the norms of emergency (introduced massively in Italy in the ‘80), their transformation and technological requalification and in the deepened analysis of systems’ malfunzioning and contractual’s inadequacies – the Holder can easily resolve for the best the most complex situations.
The authoritative scientific banns of the Holder and his many years of experience as formative university teacher, with the use of the interpretative abilities to the most elevated typical specific expressions of the technical and administrative world, together to his width and deep direct acquaintance of the specific field and to his consolidated experience in the not contentious composition of the disputes, constitute ulterior precious resources that are put at Customers disposal in order to always allow them to lead their negotiations in the best possible way.
The particular and intense experience in the field of thermotechnical systems matured in Trieste, a particular geographic area where in winter the Bora’s gusts raise up to 180 Km/h and heating systems must be planned for an external average temperature of -7 ºC with a wind speed of 80 Km/h (this cause a lowering of the sensitive temperature of -13 ºC !), make the professional experience of the Holder a resource for all those public and private organizations which need to realize air conditioning systems with absolute reliability, elevated performances and low energetic consumptions even in extreme conditions.
The long experience of the Holder as FTAV Official in the Italian National Fire Departments, allows the Customers of the Structure to face effectively the thematics connected to fire safety, proposing original and resolutive reasonings that other professionals in the field aren’t able to offer and that, in the dialectic of negotiation, make often the difference in the approval of a plan or the success of a work; this iter is always followed with the best availability and discretion, taking care of burocratic procedures with the Agencies that issue the necessary authorizations and facilities, with total independence from constructors of equipments and thermotechnical devices, always respecting the undertaked engagements.
